Paddy

PADDY is a traditional Irish whiskey produced since 1779. Ireland has always been home to extraordinary barley and notably soft water making them ideal ingredients for smooth spirits. The name Paddy comes from the legendary Merchant Paddy Flaherty who was known for plugging his own brand in an originally friendly way. Whenever in a pub, he treated everyone present to his own whiskey and picked up the tab. Before everyone knew, there were no Irishmen that his whiskey would have gone unnoticed by. Triple distillation, blending Pot Still whiskeys, malt and long aging in oak barrels is the secret of the smooth and magnificent taste a bottle of Paddy whiskey boasts.
