Plymouth

Plymouth Gin – Its history dates back to 1793 when it was first produced from a mixture of seven natural ingredients, distilled in a combination with pure grain alcohol from the Blackfriar distillery and with soft Dartmoor water.

As with all gins the main ingredient in the production is juniper, although in Plymouth Gin it does not prevail as much as in other gins. Juniper obtained in Italy and the former Yugoslavia is used in the production of Plymouth Gin.
